For a large processor looking to enter the East African market, Bles Dairies Consulting conducted a raw milk quality assessment and developed a raw milk sourcing strategy as well. The client’s brief was, how could they as processors source high quality raw milk in large volumes in a cost effective manner. The scope of the assignment was East Africa i.e. Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. The result was a cost effective raw milk sourcing strategy that described the steps towards achieving the volumes they sought within the time span allocated.
