For an investment company in Azerbaijan, Bles Dairies projects implemented a greenfield project that included setting up of a farm and cheese making factory. The client sought to set up a cheese making factory supplied by its own dairy farm. For this investor we: conducted a feasibility study for both the farm and cheese factory; developed a business plan to help finance the dairy farm and factory; supplied high quality dairy cows for the farm; offered farm management services and training for employees; designed the farm layout and made technical drawings for the factory; during construction of various farm infrastructure and the factory, we provided project management support and oversight over the contractor; and also assisted in equipping both the farm and factory using our network and partners.
